Chp 18: How about I make it suck less?

Well, Shit. I have my paperback and hardcover set to release on the 15th, and KDP sent an email earlier today that said I have 48 hours to make changes. Between that deadline and the date of release, the option to submit revisions is locked.

I wasn't planning on it, but now it's nagging at me. I don't want to feel like I need to edit a book after its release, but maybe I need to for this first one.

I keep thinking that one a month was too ambitious for me, but maybe not. I did spend A LOT of time trying out different programs and building this website in December.. and getting into the writing of the next one, Violation, has felt really fucking good.

Whatever, I already canceled the pre-order options for the next two books. I'm giving myself two months per book going forward. If they're done early I can start on the next one.

And hey, I learned a new rule. If you cancel something that's already available for presale they (the Amazonians) put you in presale jail, and you can't use that function for another year. Good to knowww/I'm now in presale jail. Worth it.
